After chasing another agent down for days, leaving voicemails and sending emails, I was referred to Susan for help. Susan immediately stepped in to learn what I needed, provide me her professional recommendations, and then hit the ground running - literally! She drew up paperwork, published the ad, and went to the property to place a sign - all within a couple of hours late into the afternoon. Susan kept me informed every step of the way, making it clear that I had someone watching my back and handling everything for me. This was more important with this sale, because I live elsewhere in Florida and travel was a concern due to COVID-19 social distancing rules. Susan negotiated a great and fair deal and completed the sale within just a few days. She saw the deal through to the end, even after the law firm finalized all of the paperwork. I can't say enough about how professional Susan was. As if all of this wasn't enough, she even followed up with a "Thank You" card! Wow! Thank You Susan!

Our experience with Susan was exceptionally good- no problems or delays during the process,
Susan found us a cash buyer within about a week of the listing of our lot. She was very professional and gained our respect for her ability to take us through the process smoothly - which she did. She even went above and beyond what was expected. Because my husband was not able to leave the house at the time of the closing she arranged for a Notary and witness to come to our home to take care of the final papers and that entailed the Notary having to drive 2 hours to our house! She was great in every way and made us feel confident that we were in good hands.
